Abstract

Experimental data on the existence of water clusters were provided in the given work. The work is devoted to experimental evidence of the existence of larger formations in water than its molecule. This experimental fact produces evidence that water clusters are differently structured under the influence of anisotropic interface, forcing them to change the superficial tension through aligning different elements of the structure.
