Abstract

The given article is concerned with the issues to the development of irrigation farming and efficiency development of land resources in the lowest Syrdarya river in Kazakhstan. It is shown that there are sufficient reserves of boggy soils favorable for cultivation of a wide range of agricultural crops including flooded rice in the alluvial plains of delta. However, the development of rice monoculture was accompanied by the destruction of natural and economic complex.

The authors are noted that it is necessary to replace the old system of farming where the rice was growing as a monoculture by the new system with a reduced number of paddy fields in rotation for ensuring from creation of sitnofion.
