Protection of groundwater from petrochemical contamination depend on the absorption capacity of soil, lithology and filtration properties of the sediments, as well as on the condition of finding pollutants on the surface, and the penetration of the nature of the ground water, chemical composition, migration ability and character interaction with rocks and groundwater.
