The article presents the results of hydrochemical studies 2015 ... 2017 years. water facilities located in the basin of Lake Balkhash, promising for carrying out hydromeliorative measures. At present, the water basin environment according to the main hydrochemical indicators corresponds to the fishery regulatory requirements. The individual lakes of the Aschysu and Karabas systems are eutrophied, with a high content of organic matter and mineralization of water up to 10...15 g/dm3. But as a result of hydromelioration, providing normal water exchange with the main body of water, the hydro-hydrochemical regime will be favorable for spawning and feeding of fish.
