СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ПОДХОДОВ К СЦЕНАРНОМУ МОДЕЛИРОВАНИЮ ВОДНЫХ РЕСУРСОВ

Современное управление водными, роста водопотребления и трансграничных ограничений проблема водных кризисов в речных бассейнах приобретает системный характер. Наряду с увеличением нагрузок на водные ресурсы растёт необходимость в научно обоснованных методах прогнозирования и оценки рисков, что делает разработку и применение современных моделей водного менеджмента особенно актуальной задачей.
Цель работы заключается в сравнительном анализе существующих подходов к сценарному моделированию водных ресурсов, включая подходы, ориентированные на формирование и анализ альтернативных сценариев развития водохозяйственных систем на основе результатов модельных расчётов, отражающих различные комбинации климатических, социально-экономических и управленческих факторов.
В статье представлен обзор современных методов моделирования водных ресурсов, применяемых для анализа сценариев развития водных кризисов в речных бассейнах. Рассмотрены гидрологические, интегрированные, системно-динамические и стохастические модели, а также подходы к формированию сценариев с учётом климатических, антропогенных и управленческих факторов. Проведён сравнительный анализ преимуществ и ограничений различных методов с точки зрения оценки рисков водной безопасности и устойчивости водообеспечения.
Особое внимание уделено методологическим аспектам сценарного моделирования, позволяющим учитывать неопределённость природных и социально-экономических факторов. Показано, что сценарный анализ является ключевым инструментом для обоснования управленческих решений в условиях высокой неопределённости. Полученные выводы формируют методологическую основу для дальнейших исследований, направленных на анализ развития водных кризисов и планирование устойчивого водопользования в крупных речных бассейнах.
