INSTRUCTIONS FOR WORKING WITH THE SITE

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MANUSCRIPT AND THE ARTICLE

 All articles are double-blind peer-reviewed (the reviewer and the authors do not know each other's names).

 A scientific article sent to the editors should be no more than 15...20 pages, including figures and tables.

 Article

 The text of the article must be prepared in Microsoft Word.

The following page settings are used. Paper size - A4. Orientation - book. Margins: top and bottom - 20 mm. Left margin - 20 mm. Right margin - 15 mm. Interval - multiplier - 1.2. The paragraph starts with an indent - 12.5 mm, Microsoft Word typing mode, Times New Roman font (regular style), font size 12.

The structure of the article text file in Russian is as follows:

  1. UDC;
  2. Title of the article;
  3. Author(s);
  4. Full name of the organization (s) where the work was performed;
  5. Abstract;
  6. Keywords;
  7. Text;
  8. List of references;
  9. References in Latin (References).
  10. Title of the article in the Kazakh language (Makala atauy kazak tilinde);
  11. Author(s) in Kazakh (Author(lar));
  12. Full name of the organization (tsy), where the work was done in the Kazakh language (Tolyk zhұmys oryny);
  13. Annotation in Kazakh (Abstract);
  14. Key words in the Kazakh language (Tүyіn sozder);
  15. Title of the article in English (Title in English);
  16. Author(s) in English (Author(s));
  17. Full name of the organization(s) where the work was done in English (Full name of the organization);
  18. Abstract in English (Abstract);
  19. Keywords in English (Keywords)

 

For articles in the Kazakh language, paragraphs 10-14 are written in Russian.

For articles in English, paragraphs 15-19 are written in Russian.

– References, drawn up in accordance with ГОСТ 7.5-98. The list of references is given in alphabetical order. Surnames and initials of the authors should be in italics.

– In addition to the list of references in the traditional form, the author must also draw up a bibliography in Latin (References). Transliteration can be done at

- FULL NAME authors (academic degrees and place of work, city and country), article title, keywords, abstract are given in Kazakh and English at the end.

Article formatting:

UDC

 UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) - universal decimal classification, which is necessary for:

- systematization of information;

- search for the necessary information on a specific topic;

- grouping of new articles, publications, books by thematic sections.

With the help of the UDC classifier, it is easy to find any information in various fields.

To determine the UDC of an article, there are various online classifiers, such as https://www.triumph.ru/udk-klassifikator.html; https://teacode.com/online/udc/.

 ARTICLE TITLE

 The title of the article is printed in capital letters, in Times New Roman 12, spacing - multiplier, 1.2, centered. The dot at the end is not set.

The authors

 First, the initials of the author are written, then the surname, academic degree. Font Times New Roman 12, single spacing, center alignment. If all the authors of the article work or study in the same institution, it is not necessary to indicate separately the place of work of each author. If the authors are from different organizations, after the names put 1, 2, 3 as a superscript.

Organization where the work was done

 Printed in Times New Roman 12, single spacing, centered and separated from the previous section and subsequent text by one blank line. The name of the organization should be written in full.

If the authors work in different organizations, then the corresponding number in the form of a superscript should precede the name of each organization.

As an address, it is enough to indicate the city and country.

The author's e-mail is indicated in a separate line after the address of the organization.

 Abstract

 The abstract of the article is printed in Times New Roman 13, single spacing, aligned to the width of the page. The word "Abstract" is not written. Skip a blank line before the annotation.

The abstract should be informative (not contain general words); original, content (reflect the main content of the article and research results); structured (follow the logic of describing the results in the article); compact (fit into a volume of 100 to 250 words).

 Keywords

 Should reflect the main content of the article, facilitating the search for the article by means of an information retrieval system. The number of words should be at least 3 and not more than 10.

 SECTION NAME

 The title of the section is printed in capital letters in Times New Roman 12, single spacing, centered and separated from the previous section by a blank line and from the following text by one blank line. There is no dot at the end.

 Subsection name

 The title of the subsection is printed in lowercase letters in Times New Roman 12 font, single spacing.

 Main text

 The main text is printed in Times New Roman 12 regular font, spacing multiplier, 1.2, justified in width. Each paragraph begins with a red line. Distance 1.25 cm.

 Table design

 The name of the table is printed in Times New Roman 12 regular font, single spacing.

Tables are drawn up without additional delineation of the table field, only the “header” and the outer outline of the table are delineated. The number of the table and the semantic name are above the table, the note is below it.

Units of physical quantities are given in the International system, or in parallel, the conversion of the reduced units into the system is given.

Names of organizations, institutions, geographical names, etc. are given in the latest official edition. Modern names are given to historical names in brackets.

 Drawings

 Figures must be in good resolution (at least 300 dpi), preferably in TIF format. Vector drawings must also be submitted in the format of the program in which they are made (Microsoft Excel).

Drawings can be either color.

The caption to the figure is printed in Times New Roman 11, italics, single spacing. The figure number is in bold. The dot at the end of the figure caption is not put. Integer digits are separated from the fractional part of the number not by a dot, but by a comma. Deciphering the designations into a line after the signature. Inscriptions are not allowed on the figure field, except for indices or numbers of designations. The size of numbers and letters in the figure is the same as in the text, indices - not less than 1.5 mm.

If the figure is borrowed from other sources, then a link to the source is required.

 Mathematical Formulas

 Known and borrowed formulas should be given in their final form, and, if necessary, with reference to the literature. The numbering of formulas is given on the right edge in parentheses.

External mathematical formulas (drawn in a separate line) must be typed in the formula editor mode (Microsoft Equation). A set of formulas from composite elements (part of the formula is a table, part is text, part is an embedded frame) is not allowed. It is recommended to convert the article to pdf and check if all the formulas are displayed correctly.

Numbers and dimensions

 - three dots are put between numbers, not a hyphen / dash. Example: 1961…2022, 15…20 min.

- use the minus sign to denote a negative number

- the integer part of the number is separated from the fractional comma

- dimension of values, including years, m, °C, etc. separated from the number by white space.

 Link design

 References to the literature in the text of the article are given in parentheses, indicating the author's surname and year of publication. For example, (Швецов Е.Г. и др., 2013), (Dhvetsov E.G. et al., 2013) или (Швецов Е.Г., Ружичка З., Миронов В.О., 2013), (Dhvetsov E.G., Ruzhichka Z., Mironov V.L., 2013).

 At the end of the article, references in Russian and English to the grant or planned scientific topic that contributed to the completion of this work should be given, and you can also place gratitude to the persons who assisted in the preparation of the article.

 Bibliography

 The list of cited literature is placed in the "REFERENCES" section, which is located after the text of the article. The list is drawn up in accordance with GOST 7.5-98. In the link, all authors of the publication should be listed, the expression "et al." not allowed. Links are given in alphabetical order.

 

The editors reserve the right to reject manuscripts and make necessary editorial corrections, additions and abbreviations in accepted manuscripts. All articles are double-blind peer-reviewed and, if the reviewer has identified comments, can be returned to the author for revision. The editors provide the authors with reviews of the article.

MANUSCRIPTS WHICH DO NOT ACCORDANCE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR PUBLICATION AND ARE NOT RETURNED TO THE AUTHORS.

The editors do not enter into discussions with the authors.
